Jessica Burke Callow founded Nourish Your Craft after years of enjoying and cultivating her “taste” for specialty food products. Leaving the corporate world behind for culinary school at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in 2009, during which time Jessica interned at the renowned Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge, MA, she soon after started working for acclaimed NH cidery Farnum Hill Ciders. At Farnum Hill, Jessica was the sole product representative in Massachusetts. She was responsible for managing sales and account activity, distributor relationships, marketing initiatives, and led her team of tasters in demonstrations at venues ranging from retailers to large, multi-day food and beverage festivals.
Jessica created Nourish Your Craft to support the producers of artisanal food and beverage products. She saw that small producers who spend incredible effort crafting their products often lack the manpower and time it takes to connect them to markets, focus on sales, marketing, branding, and general strategy. Jessica combines her New England roots with an ever-expanding culinary network to connect these companies with the proper channels, getting their products tasted, showcased, and distributed by the right people. Jessica strives to assist these wonderful creators in any way she can so they can continue to focus on production.
